School-Age Super Stars Program
Kindergarten – 5th Grade
We are proud to partner with several local elementary schools to provide convenient before- and after-school care for school-age children. Our center currently collaborates with Broadway, Opportunity, and Progress Elementary along with Summit School, ensuring that families from these communities have access to our enriching Super Stars program. We work closely with each school to coordinate schedules and transportation, making it easy for students to transition between their school day and our supportive environment.
School-age children want to feel all grown up, yet they still crave comfort and security. They want to be heard, listened to, and respected, and have the ability to influence the decisions regarding the course of their day. Our program maintains an atmosphere that encourages flexibility and allows for freedom of choice within appropriate guidelines. Our goal is to promote experiences and opportunities that enhance rather than duplicate that of the school day. Super Star teachers will provide a balance of organized and self-selected activities where children may choose to complete homework, play games, create crafts, read books and more all in a positive, supportive atmosphere.
Classroom ratio:
15:1 ratio with 14 children maximum.
